TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By purchasing from Achilleos Art Store you indicate that you have read and agree with the following terms.

PAYMENTS: All prices are in UK pounds (sterling). We use Paypal for our payment service and will send you an invoice to confirm your order.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card by following Paypal's instructions.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Prices don't include shipping charges which will be added to the total. Please note that if you order different items (a print and a book, or cards for example) they will come in two separate shipments and you will be charged shipping for each package.

Poster/prints/cards: £ 5 UK - £ 6 Europe - £ 8 worldwide
Books: £ 8 UK - £ 10 Europe - £ 12 worldwide
Original art/figurines: contact us for details.

Packages are sent with Royal Mail and will require a signature upon receipt. Please provide a physical address to ship to (we will not ship to a PO box).

SHIPPING TIME: All orders are dispatched once payment is received, and shipped to arrive within 5 days if you live in the UK. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery in Europe and 4-6 weeks if you are outside Europe. Please note that some items are dependant on stock and Chris Achilleos's presence to personalise them. Feel free to email us for delivery status at any time.

RETURNS: We accept returns and issue refunds in the following situations: the item arrived damaged or the item is not the item that was ordered (i.e. an order processing mistake on our part)

If you need to make a return for one of the above reasons please contact us first to discuss the situation and determine the best course of action.

For most other reasons we do not accept returns. We do not sell on a sale or return basis. Any purchase is final and refunds will not be given on the basis of change of mind, for aesthetic reasons or any other abstract reason. However, if you have an issue please email us to discuss it.

DISCLAIMER: We can not be held responsible for variation in actual colour of products. Each press proof of art print has been personally approved by Chris Achilleos to be as close a reproduction to the original as possible.

PRIVACY: If you give us personal information to receive information from us, we will only store that information in order to fulfil your request. Privacy is important to us and we will not disclose any information we hold to third parties.

WHOLESALE: Shops, distributors and wholesalers are welcome to purchase larger quantities at special discount rates. If you wish more information about this, please contact us.
